Members using Club Nova can request an annual, virtual parking permit for use in any of the three car parks in the vicinity of Nova. (Beach Road East Car Park, Beach Road West Car Park, and Nova West Car Park).  Your permit can be obtained from our Guest Services team on your first visit to the Club after joining, and will remain active for the duration of your membership.  Cancellation will deactivate any permits immediately.  Virtual permits detail the date of expiry, and it is the responsibility of the customer to inform Guest Services when your permit needs to be renewed. When a renewal has been processed you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this email, please contact Nova Guest Services immediately.  The car parks are managed by DCC and require all users to have a valid permit or ticket for parking.  Nova have no jurisdiction over the car parks or tickets.  If a fine is issued, customers will need to contact the WPPP (Wales Penalty Processing Partnership) directly should they wish to dispute it. The team at Nova have no control over this process and cannot intervene.
